WINGMEN provides designated driver services in which a professional driver operates the customer’s own vehicle. Services are offered as:

• Hourly Service: One (1) driver remains with the customer and their vehicle for the booked duration.

• One-Way Service: Two (2) drivers are dispatched—one to drive the customer to their destination using the customer’s vehicle, and a second driver to retrieve the primary driver after completion.
   

WINGMEN does not provide vehicles for transport.

2. Eligibility and Membership

Use of the service requires active membership with WINGMEN

• Membership must be created through our mobile application or online registration.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.

• An active account with a valid payment method on file is required at all times.
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships at our discretion.

3. Ride Requests and App Use
 

• ​All service requests must be submitted through the WINGMEN mobile application.

• Users are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details.

• Driver assignment, real-time tracking, and communication are handled exclusively through the app.
   

Service fulfillment is subject to driver availability and operational conditions.

4. Driver Standards and Assignment
 

• All drivers undergo criminal background checks and driving history verification.

• Drivers are insured and trained in safety, customer service, and operational procedures.

• Driver assignment is automated and based on availability, location, and system dispatch logic.
   

Specific driver requests cannot be guaranteed.

5. Payments, Fees, and Gratuities
 

• By using the service, you authorize WINGMEN to charge the payment method on file immediately upon ride completion.

• Fees are based on the service selected and the duration used.

• Optional gratuities may be added through the mobile application.
   

Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in denied service.

6. Technology and System Availability
 

• The WINGMEN app is available on iOS and Android platforms.

• Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, internet access, and enabled location services.

• WINGMEN is not responsible for service interruptions caused by device malfunction, network failure, or third-party technology issues.
   

7. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree that:

• Your vehicle is legally registered, insured, and in safe operating condition.

• No illegal substances or unlawful items are present in the vehicle.

• You comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
   

WINGMEN is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or violations resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.

8. Safety Disclaimer

WINGMEN’s services are intended for individuals who are unable or should not operate a motor vehicle, including but not limited to cases involving alcohol consumption, fatigue, or medical procedures.
By using the service, you acknowledge that:

• The driver assumes control of the vehicle solely for transportation purposes.

• You voluntarily choose to use the service and accept inherent risks associated with vehicle operation.
   

9. Service Availability and Refusal

Service availability depends on driver supply, geographic coverage, weather, traffic, and other operational factors.
WINGMEN reserves the right to:

• Refuse service

• Cancel or modify rides

• Suspend operations temporarily or permanently

without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WINGMEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the cost of the completed ride giving rise to the claim.
   

11. Third-Party Partners and Venues

Any businesses, venues, or partners referenced or promoted through WINGMEN are independent third parties.
WINGMEN is not responsible for:

• Their operations, services, or conduct

• Any acts or omissions of third-party partners
   

Promotional relationships do not modify or expand these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
